Up until his passing, if you wanted any Above Book photograph, you could call Mr. Cameron and he'd have it printed and mailed anywhere in the World for you. Mr. Cameron had a very simple and honest pricing formula. The price was $100. a square foot. Some might say the price was a bit steep and Mr. Cameron would lean forward and explain that he owned the rights to each photograph and in addition to the normal photographic expenses, these photo shoots had the expense of a $1,000. an hour helicopter rental.
Mr. Cameron was always of the opinion that the bigger it was, the better it looked and wasn't to keen on printing anything smaller then 24"x30". Once you agreed on the size and print (and if you asked), Mr. Cameron was usually enthusiastic to sign the photograph.
Mr. Cameron brought Tim in to correct the color, balance the light and print the enhanced photographs which are substantially bigger with better quality then earlier years. While current photographs can no longer be signed, they're all authorized by the estate as Tim Hall enhanced images from the original Robert Cameron films. We honor Mr. Cameron's price structure at $100. per square foot and 10% of proceeds are going to the future Robert Cameron Scholarship Fund. The scholarship will focus on photographic capture, printing and marketing.
